Eminab Emin Vitamin C

Vitamin C supplement with dextrose for all horses. Contains 80% pure vitamin C and 20% dextrose that gives a delicious taste. Vitamin C has an important role as an antioxidant in the body and stimulates the absorption of iron, calcium and magnesium. It is indispensable for the production of collagen and inhibits the degradation of glucosamine.

Normally the horse takes enough vitamin C in the liver from glucose. With an excess of vitamin C there is the possibility that the horse gets diarrhea.

Often the vitamin deficiency occurs in horses that often come into stress situations, change environment, contamination or through rapid growth.
